Directions

This was my first redken product which I purchased 4 years ago. I have not used any other frizz serum since. I have very coarse and curly hair and I use this on damp hair when I leave it curly or wear it straight.

I use this along with the redken smooth down cream. After I straighten or blow dry my hair I put a drop on and it smooths down frizzy bits and also protects it from humidity. The bottle lasts for ages and I have extremely coarse hair so a little goes a long way. I've only had to repurchase my 2nd bottle after 3 years! (I bought the larger size 4 years ago).

The biggest difference between this and other products which give shine and control frizz is that this is not greasy and it is oil free. So it won't make your face break out in acne and makes it perfect to use on your fringe. The photo shows redken glass being used before blow drying as well as a drop smoothed over after straightening.

This product is awesome. I always use it after I have blow dried my hair but before I straighten my hair with straighteners. It leaves my hair looking lovely and shiny with no fly aways. It makes my hair look so much healthier as well, even though my hair is really dry. The only problem is that if you use too much, your hair looks really greasy and you have to wash you hair all over again.

My hair is short with heavy bang and lots of very blonde foils and I need texture for full on heavy bangs in front. Smooths, textures and gives body without leaving a greasy feeling, one of the best serums around.
