Redken, i love you. Awesome product. Works wonders on my dry, overly bleached hair. I usually leave on for 5 mins (sometimes more if my locks are in need of more attention). Makes my hair more manageable and soft.

Deeply moisturising, leaves hair silky smooth and so well moisturised. Wouldn't be without it. I use on my long thick hair weekly and the container last me 4 months so it's great value too. Perfect for straight or curly styles. You can even leave it in all day if you're low on time or your hair is particularly tortured! When washed out hair isn't weighed down, it's silky smooth and healthy.

I have unusually thick hair (hairdressers have always commented on this) and have always had problems with frizz and dryness. This is the only treatment I have ever used that has not only made my hair soft, but has improved the overall look of my hair.

I straighten my hair 2-3 times a week and using this shampoo treatment, my hair is always frizz free and dead straight after blowdrying and straightening.

I would recommend this product to anyone with dry hair, it leaves your hair feeling softer than ever.

This product is absolutely FANTASTIC for hair that is coloured, curly and in need of a little TLC. It has a thick, creamy texture that coates the hair with moisture but is not too heavy to leave in as a styling product. It really helps control fly-away hair and totally improves the hair's condition. I get so many compliments on my hair since I started using this product! I just love it!

My hair is really dry from heaps of blonding so my hair really soaks up any moisture product I use. I use this product as a regular conditioner as well as leaving it in my hair for up to an hour before rinsing it out. It just makes my hair feel really moisturised and smooth without weighing it down. I find other moisturising products dont do much for my hair but this product is great. I think it helps with blow drying my hair straight too cause I dont get as many fly aways. I have been using it for about 5 yrs now.

This is the best thing i have fed my hair! I have used Redken styling products on and off for years, but once i tried this butter treatment, i will never go back. Makes my curly unruly hair less frizzy and so soft and healthy looking. i've had lots of good comments! Definitely recommend to try it :) I usually leave it in for 5 mins after conditioning, and use it twice a wk.

I have lots of curly, dry hair and am always trying new products to combat the frizz and dryness. I apply the creme to my wet hair and leave it to dry naturally without washing it out. Hairdressers have commented that my hair is healthy since using this product.

This is my first treatment from redken, and i will search no further. After my first shot at it, I had the immediate effect soft hair like doing an expensive treatement at a salon..I was so amazed. I keep telling people to touch my hair and recommending this product to everyone so everyone can have soft and healthy looking hair just like mine. I have natural jet black hair, so the effects of the product is very visible.

This is the best treatment conditioner I have ever used! I use it a few times a week, it leaves my hair silky smooth and straight, and it smells lovely! It's worth the money as you only need to use a small amount so it lasts a long time.

I definately recommend this product as well as the Redken Smooth Down shampoo and conditioner. It's the only brand I've used that actually makes my hair soft and straight.


Beautiful Hair

I do Bikram Yoga 4 times a week the heat and sweat have not been kind to my hair. the 2 months I apply smooth down, roll up my hair and let the heat work on my hair as well as my body. My hair has never looked better, its healthy, shiny and incredibly manageable. So much so that when I wake up in the morning instead of the knoted and messed up state my hair simply falls into place - you cant get much better results than that!

Smooth Down Butter Treatment - a Life Saver

I have course thick shoulder length hair and for the last six months have been using the Smooth Down Butter Treatment after shampooing every time. My hair is softer, shinier and more manageable. In fact at 40 years of age this is the best condition my hair has ever been in. I'd definitely recommend it.
