I normally put the treatment in after the shampooing & drying my hair 50%. While hair is still damp, I apply the treatment liberally & massage it into my hair. I then pile my hair on the top of my head wrap my hair up with cling wrap. This helps the treatmentto stay in place & keeps the hair warm so it can work its magic! I try to leave it on as long as possible.
