How safe are my details?
When you place an order at checkout, your details are sent directly to the bank. Your details are never sent to a third party for commercial use. Our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption standard.
How secure is my transaction?
My Hair Care takes appropriate security steps and measures to protect your privacy against any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. As mentioned above, the latest 128 bit SSL encryption standard is in place to protect customer information. Your credit card details are soley used to be sent to the bank and are never stored in our database.
When will my order arrive?
Orders for Australia have two options. Regular postage can arrive between 1-6 working days depending on your location. Express post can arrive next business day. For more information, please visit our "Orders & Deliveries" by

Who is your shipping company?
My Hair Care is in partnership with Australia Post. Apart from being the most secure and reliable shipping company, using Australia Post gives our customers a lot of benefits.
For example, you do not have to be home in order to receive your package. If you are not home when the package is delivered it will be left at your local post office. There is no extra redelivery charge! When you are ready, simply goto your local post office and pick up your package.
Are my orders tracked?
Yes. Australia Post tracks all our orders within Australia using eParcel system. If you would like us to track your order, then feel welcome to contact us.
Is my signature required?
Yes. We require a signature when packages are received for security purposes.
Is there a warranty on electricals?
Yes. Every electrical usually comes with a 12 month warranty depending on the manufacturer. When viewing an electrical, please check the dot points for confirmation of a warranty.
What is your refund/return policy?
MyHairCare.com.au will only sell authentic products with a full warranty. Manufacturer warranties are maintained with a minimum of 12 months on electricals.
MyHairCare.com.au will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable. Alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
In the event that a refund is warranted, MyHairCare.com.au will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the purchase.
My Electrical is faulty. How can I make a claim on my warranty?
If your electrical becomes faulty within its warranty period, you may contact the company directly to make a claim.
