"I had been using cheap (and I mean cheap - we are talking the two dollar stuff here) shampoo from the supermarket until a hairdresser recommended me this one. The difference has been striking - my hair is much softer, silker and easier to heat-style, feels cleaner and seems to show off my cut better. The only thing to be wary of is that it does not lather very much, so there is the temptation to use more than you need - but just add more water and concentrate on the roots/scalp.
