Worn without top coat, OPI’s new Liquid Sand lacquers give the nails a unique textured matte finish worthy of a carnival queen.

Directions Of Use

• Apply chosen OPI Base Coat.
• Follow with 2 coats of chosen OPI lacquer.
• Do not use a top coat with Liquid Sand™ nail lacquers as it will take away from the matte effect.
