"I think this has a very unfair reputation. Its a great layering nail polish - I love it over black, mid-tone greys, and blues. It looks amazing over OPI Yogata Get This Blue. I havent actually tried getting it opaque on its own because I dont really like the bottle hue anyway.
It dries fairly fast, wear time is rather good as expected of a glitter. I wish the glitter was holographic like in Teenage Dream, but its already rather pretty the way it is now. The formula is thick, like TD, but not overly difficult to deal with." - nikkie
