The product was hopeless in my short fine hair and very heavy. You also need a big hand to hold it, like a mans hand. I can't use the product at all. I would like a small version of it like you used to make 20 years ago with no heat pouring out, just a warm barrel to use. This product did not suit me at any level whatsoever and very expensive compared to what I needed. I can't use it. Very disappointed. You are way too technical these days. I need a small simple product which we can't get in Australia.
