How To Use Cosmedix Elite Surface Revival Antioxidant Boosting Toner

AM - After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck. Follow with your favorite COSMEDIX serum and moisturizer.
PM - After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply over the face and neck. Follow with your favorite COSMEDIX serum and moisturizer.
