Benefits

Adds volume

Description

ELEVEN I Want Body Volume Foam is a lightweight styling foam that builds touchable fullness.

This airy, whipped formula lifts hair from the roots and adds thickness along the lengths, without leaving it crunchy or sticky. It works by coating each strand with a flexible, lightweight film so hair feels naturally fuller and easier to style.

The foam spreads smoothly through damp hair and dries to a soft, satin finish with natural movement. Hair feels thicker, more supported, and holds its shape longer through the day.

Ideal for fine, flat, or limp hair, and perfect before blow-drying or air-drying when you want extra body. Expect bouncy, fuller-looking hair that still feels clean, soft, and easy to run your fingers through.

Directions

How To Use ELEVEN I Want Body Volume Foam

Shake bottle well before use.
Apply 2–4 pumps of foam to clean, damp hair.
Distribute evenly from roots to ends using fingers or a comb.
For maximum lift, focus at the roots and blow-dry with a round brush.
For softer volume, scrunch lightly and allow to air-dry.
Do not rinse; style as desired.

Water (Aqua) Solvents

Solvent

Water acts as the main solvent that dissolves and distributes other ingredients in a formula.

May suit
Anyone using liquid haircare products, as water is a core component.

Worth knowing
It helps create a workable texture and allows surfactants, conditioners and other actives to perform effectively.
VP/VA Copolymer Thickeners and stabilisers

Film-forming styling polymer

A film-forming polymer that helps provide hold, texture and style retention.

May suit
People looking for longer-lasting hold or improved definition in styling products.

Worth knowing
It is widely used in gels, mousses and sprays because it creates flexible, brushable hold. It can also help reduce frizz by forming a lightweight coating on the hair.
Polyquaternium-11 Conditioning agents

Film-forming conditioner

A film-forming polymer that helps smooth, condition and lightly hold the hair.

May suit
People looking for improved manageability, frizz control or soft styling hold.

Worth knowing
It is commonly used in both shampoos and styling products because it enhances slip and helps hair feel smoother. It can also support curl definition and reduce static.
PVP Thickeners and stabilisers

Film-forming polymer

PVP is a film-forming ingredient that helps provide hold and structure in styling products.

May suit
Anyone looking for longer-lasting hold, enhanced definition or improved style memory.

Worth knowing
It is widely used in gels, mousses and sprays because it creates a flexible film on the hair shaft. Its performance can vary with humidity, so it is often blended with other polymers for stability.
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil Cleansers / surfactants

Solubiliser and emulsifier

Helps blend oils and fragrance into water-based formulas for even texture and performance.

May suit
Useful for those who prefer haircare products with clear, consistent textures or evenly dispersed fragrance and oils.

Worth knowing
It is widely used in shampoos, conditioners and styling products to keep formulations stable and smooth. It also offers mild surfactant properties that support product rinse-off.
Phenoxyethanol Preservatives

Preservative

Helps keep the product stable and pleasant to use after opening.

May suit
All products that need protecting from spoilage.

Worth knowing
A very common, well-studied preservative used at low levels.
Parfum Fragrance ingredients

Fragrance

Gives the product its scent.

May suit
People who enjoy a scented product.

Worth knowing
Fragrance preference is personal. Some people prefer fragrance-free formulas by choice.
Aminomethyl Propanol pH adjusters

pH adjuster

Helps adjust and stabilise the pH of haircare formulations.

May suit
Those interested in how product pH affects hair and scalp feel may find its presence relevant.

Worth knowing
It is commonly used at low levels to help formulas stay effective and consistent. It does not act on the hair directly but supports the overall product performance.
Caprylyl Glycol Humectants

Humectant

Helps attract and hold moisture in hair and scalp while supporting product stability.

May suit
Those looking for added hydration or smoother-feeling hair.

Worth knowing
It is also commonly used as a preservative booster to help maintain formula freshness. It is well tolerated in most haircare products.
Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein Proteins and amino acids

Protein

A plant-derived protein that helps smooth and support the hair surface.

May suit
Hair wanting added body, smoothness or temporary strength.

Worth knowing
A common protein in repair and volumising formulas.
Hydrolyzed Soy Protein Proteins and amino acids

Strengthening protein

A plant-derived protein that helps support hair strength and improve the feel of damaged or processed hair.

May suit
People with weakened, chemically treated, or breakage-prone hair may appreciate its reinforcing effect.

Worth knowing
Hydrolysed proteins are broken into smaller fragments so they can more easily interact with the hair’s surface. They are commonly used alongside conditioners and humectants for a balanced feel.
Hydrolyzed Corn Protein Proteins and amino acids

Strengthening protein

A plant-derived protein that helps reinforce the hair shaft and improve its feel and manageability.

May suit
People looking to support strength in fragile, chemically treated or dehydrated hair.

Worth knowing
Hydrolysed proteins are broken down into smaller fragments so they can more easily interact with the hair surface. They are commonly used in both daily care and strengthening treatments.
Disodium EDTA Chelating agents

Chelating agent

Binds to minerals from hard water so the product works consistently and stays stable.

May suit
All products, especially in hard-water areas.

Worth knowing
Used in tiny amounts to keep formulas performing reliably.
Limonene Fragrance ingredients

Hexyl Cinnamal Fragrance ingredients

Fragrance component

A fragrance ingredient used to give products a light, floral scent.

May suit
Those who enjoy subtly scented haircare products.

Worth knowing
