Worth knowing
It is derived from olive oil and is commonly paired with Sorbitan Olivate to form a gentle, stable emulsifying system. It supports both product texture and hair feel without weighing hair down.
Sorbitan Olivate Conditioning agents

Emulsifier and conditioning agent

Helps blend oil and water in formulas while adding light conditioning to the hair.

May suit
Those wanting gentle, lightweight conditioning in creams, conditioners or styling products.

Worth knowing
It is derived from sorbitol and olive oil components and is commonly used to create smooth, stable emulsions. It is valued for its mildness and compatibility with many hair types.
Glycerin Humectants

Humectant

Attracts and holds water to help hair feel hydrated and soft.

May suit
Dry or dehydrated hair, and many curl and moisture routines.
