How To Use Pravana Chromasilk Express Tones 90ml

ChromaSilk Express Tones are oxidative hair colors that are formulated to be mixed with ChromaSilk Zero Lift Developer and applied to damp hair. Express Tones Clear can be added to any shade for lighter deposit of tone or used alone to seal in incredible shine.
