Bought as 18th gift for a young woman who is in love with her cloud 9 straightener. the cloud 9 leaves your hair soft and silky and best of all STRAIGHT.

Good when first brought just as warranty ran out did not work went into standby mode constantly beeping paid a lot for a item that only lasted until its warranty ran out have purchased another brand for a third of the price which works better

I had reservations in purchasing the Cloud Nine straightener, but I am totally over the moon with it.
The straightener is awesome, control of the heat is great, low for just a few frizzy bits and higher for either straight hair or curls.
Even my daughters are impressed and now have to try and hide it as they want to use it all the time.

This straightener has saved my life. My hair is thick/frizzy/wavy and I used to own a ghd (which broke.. and I bought another one.. which also broke). I have owned this straightener for a couple of years now and it does not seem to have lost any heat like I noticed the ghd did. The variable temperature is amazing and it leaves my hair soft and smooth with little to no effort.

I have coarse hair that is usually frizzy because I live in a humid climate!! This straightener has enabled me to actually straighten my hair, which stays somewhat straight. Previously my hair would be frizzy the next day

I brought this product after a recommendation from my hairdresser. Ive been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I couldnt be happier. I love how easily the plates slide through my hair without tugging or pulling - the plates also add salon-style shine and softness each time I use it. I like that the swivelling cord allows me to curl my hair without tangling. Also love the handy heat cover!
My hair is long and medium thickness - I get best results with my cloud 9 on a medium-high setting and I also use a heat-protectant spray for extra shine and smoothness.

Very happy with my Cloud Nine. The finish is vastly different from other brands on the market. My hair feels silky after straightening and still looks as silky by the end of the day.

I bought this after hearing good reviews and thank goodness i did because it has been a lifesaver! It works fast without burning my hair and works well and stays straight for a good 2-3 days! would definitely recommend this over the GHD. It also has a heat scale so you can put on to whatever heat is necessary.

Im absoultley amazed on how quickly my parcel had come it came within 2 days!! and am very excited to use my new C9.
