Monthly Review Draw – Terms and Conditions

Every month, one customer who writes a review wins a $50 coupon code to spend at myhaircare.com.au.

These terms apply to the My Haircare & Beauty Monthly Review Draw. By submitting an eligible review you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

My Haircare & Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN 38 058 650 314), operating myhaircare.com.au.

2. Who can enter

Customers aged 18 or over with an Australian delivery address who purchased the reviewed product from myhaircare.com.au. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to enter

  • Write a review of a product you bought from us, using the link in your review request email.
  • Your review must have at least 40 characters of written text and at least one "What did you like?" option selected.
  • Each eligible review is one entry. A review marked helpful by at least one other customer receives one bonus entry.
  • No additional purchase is required.

4. Honest reviews

Entry does not depend on your star rating or whether your review is positive or negative. Reviews must be genuine, about the product, and meet our review guidelines. Reviews we remove are not eligible.

5. Draw periods

Each calendar month is a separate draw. Eligible reviews published during a month are entered into that month's draw.

6. The draw

The winner is selected at random by computer at 9:00am AEST/AEDT on the last day of the following month. For example, reviews published in October are drawn on the last day of November.

7. Prize

One $50 myhaircare.com.au coupon code each month. No minimum spend. Single use. Valid for 12 months from the draw date. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or replaced if it expires.

8. Winner notification

The winner is notified by email, with their coupon code, within 2 business days of the draw. A customer can win no more than once in any 12-month period.

9. Unclaimed prizes

If the winner's email cannot be delivered, the promoter may draw a new winner for that month.

10. Privacy

Entrant details are used only to run the draw and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclosure

Some reviews on our website are written by customers who were entered into this draw. Entry never depends on the review being positive.

12. General

The promoter may amend, suspend or end this promotion if required by law or circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will be published on this page.
