How To Use Schwarzkopf Professional Igora Zero Ammonia Permanent Color Creme

Perform an allergy alert test 48 hours before colouring.
Put on gloves and protect clothing and surrounding skin.
Mix colour creme with the recommended developer in the stated ratio.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and even, with no lumps.
Apply to dry, unwashed hair, starting at roots or most resistant areas.
Work through lengths and ends, ensuring every strand is covered.
Leave to develop for the time stated in the instructions.

I ordered this colour thinking it would be a light brown natural chocolate as states but it's not. It came out black, I dyed it over bleach blonde hair. I am so upset!!
