When I received the product some of the bristles were bent from the shipping. This doesnt render the brush unusable but it was just a tad disappointing. I use this brush daily on both dry hair and wet hair and its works well. It deals with tangles without yanking your hair out. It didnt necessary make my hair any shiny and smoother but thats just my experience because my hair is usually dry anyway. Overall I would say Im satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it if youre looking for a decently priced brush that does the job.

We actually meant to buy the original \wet brush\ but I must have ticked the wrong box! Anyway we are still super happy as we got the best of both worlds with this brush. Not only is it great for tangled, knotty hair, when you\re finished the hair has a great smooth shine. No more tears and pretty, shiny hair for all of us.
