What is the difference between Babyliss Pro GoldFX and the Babyliss FXONE GoldFX Foil Shaver?

Basically, the FXOne is a lighter version. Some prefer the weight; if so go with the GoldFX Foil Shaver. If you prefer a lighter unit without compromising on performance, then go with the FXOne Foil Shaver.

How To Use Babyliss Pro FXONE GOLDFX Double Foil Shaver

It’s best to use foil shavers on hair that is no longer than 1-2 millimeters, such as after a trim or for maintaining a clean shave. For longer hair, it’s advisable to use a trimmer first to reduce the length before switching to a foil shaver.

Foil shavers have a thin metal screen (foil) with small holes. This screen captures short hairs and guides them to the oscillating blades underneath. If the hair is too long, it may not enter the holes efficiently, making it difficult for the blades to cut.
