With Villalba Lentil Seeds extract, Slow Food Presidium. Rich in serine and glutammic acid, the most abundant amino acids in keratin, it nourishes and repairs. Villalba lentils are characterised by a high content of iron and proteins, and a low content of phosphorus and potassium. Their cultivation is very sustainable since they do not require fertilizers, special treatments or irrigation.
