How To Use Design.Me Bounce Me Curl Balm

How to Use:
Rub a quarter size dollop between palms and scrunch upwards to define the curls. In areas when taming is needed, smooth downwards. For optimal results, let curls air dry or diffuse. Avoid towel trying once product has been applied.
