  • How safe are my details?

    When you place an order at checkout, your details are sent directly to the bank. Your details are never sent to a third party for commercial use. Our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption standard.

  • How secure is my transaction?

    My Hair Care takes appropriate security steps and measures to protect your privacy against any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. As mentioned above, the latest 128 bit SSL encryption standard is in place to protect customer information.

  • When will my order arrive?

    We now offer 4 delivery services in Australia. Australia Post Registered and Express, CouriersPlease and Fastway.  This gives you the freedom to select your preferred driver in your area. For international deliveries we use Australia Post and DHL.  Also, collect from store is available.

  • Who is your shipping company?

    My Hair Care is in partnership with Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Fastway and DHL. We are working hard to offer you as many possibilities at checkout as possible.  This will give you the option to select the service that works best in your area.

  • Are my orders tracked?

    Yes. All delivery options are trackable services. 

  • Is my signature required?

    By default signature is required for all parcels, unless you request for Authority To Leave in the delivery instructions.

  • Is there a warranty on electricals?

    Yes. Every electrical usually comes with a 12 month warranty depending on the manufacturer. When viewing an electrical, please check the dot points for confirmation of a warranty.

  • What is your refund/return policy? will only sell authentic products with a full warranty. Manufacturer warranties are maintained with a minimum of 12 months on electricals. will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable. Alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

    If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.

    In the event that a refund is warranted, will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the purchase.

  • My Electrical is faulty. How can I make a claim on my warranty?

    If your electrical becomes faulty within its warranty period, you may contact the company directly to make a claim.

  • Payment options?

    Currently My Hair Care accepts Credit Card transactions(Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Paypal, EFT, Afterpay & Zippay.

  • International Customs Fees

    Some countries charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware these charges are the customers responsibility and our beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country to confirm whether charges will apply to you.
