How To Use Innovative Perm2

Wash hair with a mild shampoo and towel dry until slightly damp.
Perform a strand and allergy test according to pack instructions.

Apply Perm2 lotion evenly to each rod, saturating the hair completely.
Process for the recommended time, checking curl development regularly.
