How To Use Joico Color Intensity - Semi-Permanent 118ml

Perform a patch and strand test 48 hours before use.
Shampoo hair, then towel-dry until slightly damp.
Comb through to remove tangles and section the hair.
Apply colour generously from roots to ends, wearing gloves.
Work product through evenly to fully saturate each section.
Leave on for 20–30 minutes, or as advised by your stylist.
Rinse with cool water until it runs clear; do not shampoo.

I have grey hair, a lot of white mixed in there. I purchased the rose thinking it would give my hair a nice soft pink tone. I followed the directions, I did leave it on an extra 10 minutes, I rinsed it out - there was no actual trace of colour in my hair what so ever - very disappointed.
