This clever spray cushions each strand at the roots, creating instant lift and a fuller-looking crown. The lightweight formula dries quickly, leaving a matte, grippy finish that helps your backcombing stay put without feeling sticky or crunchy.

It’s ideal for fine, flat or slippery hair that struggles to hold volume, and perfect for nights out, up-dos or any style that needs extra height. The mist has a clean, salon-like scent that feels fresh, not overpowering.

Hair looks denser at the roots, feels thicker to the touch and is easier to shape into place, so styles stay bouncy instead of falling flat.

Directions

How To Use Redken Root Tease

Shake the can well before each use.
Lift a section of dry hair at the roots.
Spray into the roots from about 15–20 cm away.
Backcomb gently for extra height and grip.
Repeat where you want more volume, then smooth the top layer.
Finish with hairspray if you need extra hold.
