Directions Of Use

For an intense color: lighten the hair to light or very light blonde. Shampoo and apply rEvolution directly to damp hair. Leave in for 10-20 minutes depending on the intensity of the color desired. Emulsify with water, then rinse thoroughly. Shampoo again.

To add reflection to natural or colored hair: Apply rEvolution directly to dry hair.Leave in 10-40 minutes depending on the intensity of the reflections desired. When applying to colored hair, check the color every 10-15 minutes. Emulsify with water, then rinse thoroughly. Shampoo again.

Clear: to achieve a pastel shade, mix in a ratio of at least 5 to 1 (5 parts clear and 1 part color) with the rEvolution color desired.

Preliminary Patch Test

This is an easy way to detect hypersensitivity to the product. It should be done 48 hours prior to each application.

1. With soap and water, wash an area the size of a cirle 1" in diameter. in the bend of the elbow or behind either ear, touching the hairline. Pat area dry with absorbent cotton.

2. Apply a small amount of color directly from the bottle to the test area, using an absorbent cotton-tipped applicator.

3. Let test spot dry. Do no wash, cover or disturb.

4. Leave on for 48 hours. Examine at 24 and 48 hours. If no reaction has occurred, you are ready to color. Do not use hair color if any of these warning signs appear: burning, itching, swelling, eruption, or irritation. If these signs appear in or around the test area, it indicated that the patron is hypersensitive and color should not be applied.
