Customize your brow shade! Load the spooly end of the applicator with a small amount of Browtox and comb through the brow hair. This technique will deepen fair brows and lighten darker brows. Mix then match your brow shade by blending China Doll Gel Eyeliner Tao with the Browtox gel. Create your desired shade and work onto the brow using short, feathering motion. This mixture doubles as a soft neutral eye liner.
