Within Australia, we offer free shipping when you spend $50 or more. Shipping starts at $4.95 when you spend less than $50.


We are an Australian company headquartered in Melbourne.


We ship Australia-wide. We also ship to Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.


We cannot ship flammable items such as aerosol hairsprays abroad. Our ordering system will notify you at checkout if we are unable to ship a certain product to your location.

The payment methods that we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and debit cards, PayPal, Zip Pay, Afterpay, and bank transfers via ETF. Amex cards are not accepted.


Our address is 56 Parer Rd, Airport West VIC 3042. This is also the location of our warehouse.


Our opening hours are from 9 am to 3 pm AET on Monday through Friday, and from 10 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.


You can collect your order from our warehouse store in Airport West if you select this option on the checkout page.

We offer express shipping.


We accept change of mind returns for products purchased within 130 days of the purchase date.  For change of mind purchases, the items returned must be unopened, unused and with the original manufacturer seals. Before sending any goods back to us you must first fill in our returns form. The link to our returns form is in the footer of the site.


In the rare instances that you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the allergic reaction and immediately discontinue using that product. Please fill in our returns form and also email through the photo. The product returned must be less than 20% used.

Some De Lorenzo products cannot be ordered online due to the manufacturer’s policy.

Generally, we replenish our inventory at the start of every month. You can enter your email address on the product page to immediately get notified when the item is back in stock.

Only products that are in stock can be ordered.


If you placed an order and your coupon code did not get applied to your order, please email us at support@myhaircare.com.au and we will fix it for you.


If your order went through twice, please email us your details at support@myhaircare.com.au and we will fix it for you.


If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. To reset your password, please go to the login page and click on the link where it says “Forgot Your Password?”. Then enter your email address and click the ‘reset’ button. After doing that, an email will be sent to your email address with further instructions.


If you remember your current password and you can log in to it, then you can change the password from within your account by clicking on ‘Change Password’ on your account dashboard.

If you want to add items to an existing order,  please email us the details at support@myhaircare.com.au. We can only amend orders that have not yet been processed.


After your order has been dispatched, an email is sent out which includes the tracking number. You can also find the tracking number from within your account once you have logged in. If you are still unable to track your order,  please  email  us at support@myhaircare.com.au


After you have placed an order, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to your email address. If you haven’t received the email yet, please confirm that the email address that you entered is correct. If the email address is correct, please check your spam folder as sometimes legitimate emails end up there.
